# Navigating in VigiFlow

## Buttons

### “Report list”

This section provides an overview of the reports submitt~~e~~d to VigiFlow. You can filter these reports by clicking on the Filter button. They can also be sorted based on criteria such as the Latest receive date, Initial receive date, and Worldwide Unique ID (WWUID).&#x20;

### “Import”

This section allows you to import reports, download the acknowledgment log, and view previously imported reports.&#x20;

### “Export”

This section handles the export of reports. By clicking on the Receiver button, you can add a receiver for a report and choose the types of reports they should receive based on various criteria. You can also edit the criteria for an existing receiver. Please note that this functionality is not available to all users. If you have any questions, contact UMC.&#x20;

### “Manage Authority”

This functionality allows the VigiFlow Administrator to manage suborganisations, decide on organisational structure, and handle decentralisation within the system.&#x20;

### “VigiLyze”

Provides direct access to VigiLyze for users of this tool. &#x20;
