Exporting data with excel

Data can be exported with Excel in several different formats.

Apply the necessary filters before initiating the Excel export. Excel exports include all reports visible in the list, regardless of whether some reports are marked as selected.

Select which Excel formats you wish to export before initating the export.

Excel formats

There are a few different Excel formats:

Excel

Contains data presented in the tabs “Reports”, “Drugs”, and “Reactions”.

AEFI excel

An AEFI line listing with data elements to support both analysis of AEFI data and surveillance performance.

Admin statistics

Provides a summary of data such as number of reports per reporter qualification, sender type, suborganisation, etc.

Safety profile statistics

Introduced during COVID-19 mass vaccinations, this Excel file contains detailed reports and distributions of adverse events, time frames, and demographics across products.
