# Exporting a PDF

### Umasked and masked PDF exports

The PDF export comes in two versions: 

* An unmasked version where all data that was put into the report is displayed.
* A masked version where the following information is removed: 
  * "Patient”: *Initials*, *Parent initials* (in case of a parent-child report), *Identification number*, *Specialist/GP record number*, *Hospital record number*, and *Investigation number*.
  * “Initial reporter”: All data is masked, except for *Reporter qualification* and *Country of reporter*.

### Export a single report as PDF

To export a single report, open the report and use the download button in the top menu.

### Export multiple reports as PDF

To export multiple reports:

1. Select the reports in the **`Report list`**.
2. Got to **reports selected**  at the bottom of the page, and choose either **`Masked PDF`** or **`Unmasked PDF`**.
