Adding NRA users to VigiUserAdmin

Adding an National Regulatory Authority (NRA) user:

1. Go to VigiUserAdmin: https://vigiuseradmin.who-umc.org/ and log in.

2. Click Add NRA user.

3. Enter the person’s given name, family name, and email address.

4. Make sure to tick the checkbox “VigiUserAdmin” before clicking Save.

5. Notify the user manually, as a welcome email is not sent automatically.
