Adding MAH users to eReporting for Industry

To add users to and MAH in VigiFlow eReporting for Industry:

1. Go to VigiUserAdmin: https://vigiuseradmin.who-umc.org/ and log in.

2. In “Marketing Authorisation Holders”, scroll or search for the MAH and click on it. If the MAH is not yet added to VigiUserAdmin as an orgatinsation, it must be added before proceeding.

3. Click Add MAH user.

4. Enter given name, family name, and email.

5. Ensure the checkbox “Industry eReporting” is selected. If not, the user will not receive access.

6. Click Save.

7. Notify the user manually, as a welcome email is not sent automatically.
