Create a Custom reaction group

Custom reaction groups allow organisations to create and manage predefined groups of reaction terms for efficient case retrieval.

To create a Custom reaction group:

1. Open the User menu.

2. Open Custom groups.

3. Locate Reaction group.

4. Click Create new.

5. Enter a group Name.

6. Add Preferred terms of interest.

7. Click Save.

The new group becomes available throughout the organisation.

When should I use a Custom reaction group?

Custom reaction groups are useful when:

• Monitoring specific clinical concepts, such as Adverse Events of Special Interest (AESIs)

• Performing recurring analyses

• Supporting organisation-specific workflows

• Standardising searches
