Create an investigation from Qualitative view

Investigations allow you to document assessments, assign ownership, track progress and avoid duplicate work within your organisation.

Investigations can be created directly from the Qualitative view when you identify a drug-reaction combination that requires further review.

To create an investigation:

1. Perform a search for the drug and reaction of interest.

2. Open the “Related investigations” tab.

3. Review any existing investigations related to the current search.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

5. Click Create investigation.

A new investigation is created with the current search scope attached.

You can then:

• Name the investigation

• Assign responsibility

• Set a status

• Add tags
