Export line listings

Line listings allow you to export report-level data for review and analysis outside VigiLyze.

To export a line listing:

1. Open the “Cases” tab.

2. Apply the required search criteria and filters.

3. Select the reports to export.

4. Click Export.

5. Select Line listing.

6. Open or save the file.

The exported file is provided in Excel format.

When should I use a line listing?

Line listings are useful when you want to:

• Review reports outside VigiLyze

• Sort and filter data in Excel

• Share report summaries with colleagues

• Perform additional analyses

All active search criteria and filters are reflected in the export.
