# Minimum requirements for VigiBase submission

ICSRs can be sent to VigiBase at any time, even if not assessed or complete. However, there is a minimum amount of information required. The exclamation mark symbol:exclamation: indicates insufficient information.

Click the :exclamation: symbol to see what mandatory information is missing.
