# Finding follow-up reports

Follow-ups are only visible to Level 1 organisations in VigiFlow.

A report in VigiFlow can be flagged as a follow-up if:

* It is sent electronically as a follow up from an external sender such as company

or

* A report in VigiFlow has been updated by a suborganisation

There is a quick filter in the top menu for follow-ups. There is also a column in the “Report list”, where follow-up reports are marked with a symbol.

A report remains marked as a follow-up until its status is changed to **`Closed`**. To remove the follow-up flag, update the report status to **`Closed`**.
