Deleting an ICSR

1. In VigiFlow, navigate to the “Report list”.

2. Click on the Worldwide unique ID of the report you want to delete.

3. Click on Delete.

4. State why the report is deleted in the box that appears.

Deleted reports can still be found in the “Report list” using the filter Include deleted reports. Once deleted, a report cannot be restored. The Worldwide Unique ID will never be reused.
