# Deleting an ICSR

1. In VigiFlow, navigate to the “**`Report list`**”.
2. Click on the Worldwide unique ID of the report you want to delete.
3. Click on **`Delete`**.
4. State why the report is deleted in the box that appears.

Deleted reports can still be found in the “**`Report list`**” using the filter *Include deleted reports*. Once deleted, a report cannot be restored. The Worldwide Unique ID will never be reused.
