# Downloading E2B acknowledgement messages

In accordance with the ICH E2B standard, a receipt confirmation must be available for each imported file. This is known as the *acknowledgement message*. 

In VigiFlow, you can easily download the acknowledgement message by clicking on **`Download`** in the **E2B acklog** column.
