Finding a report that disappeared from the Report list

There are several possible reasons for not finding reports, but one likely explanation is that the report status has been set to Closed or Under assessment, instead of Open. The default filter is set to only show reports with status = Open. To change this, follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the ”Report list” in VigiFlow and select “Advanced filter”.

  2. Click on Report.

  3. Under “Status of report”, select Closed or Under assessment (or both) depending on what you wish to search for.

  4. Click Apply filter.
