Recording patient information in VigiFlow

Patient information is mainly in the “Patient” section but is spread over several sections of the report.

To expand the “Patient” section:

1. Click on to access more record details and, if applicable, information about patient death.

2. You can also enable a Patient identification number, which must be enabled by UMC.
