# Delegating reports to other organisations
There are two methods to delegate reports:
### Delegate individual reports
From within a report, go to the top menu and click on **`Delegate`**. Then search for the organisation you want to delegate the case to and choose it.
### Delegate multiple reports
From the “**`Report list`**” you can also delegate multiple reports at once.
1. Mark the reports you want to delegate by clicking the box to the left of Worldwide Unique ID.
2. Click **`reports selected`** at the bottom-left of the screen.
3. Click **`Delegate to organisation`**.
4. Select the recipient for the report delegation.
