# Assigning reports within your organisation

Assigning reports helps distribute the workload and shows which user is handling a specific report. However, other users can still access and edit the report.

1. Go to your VigiFlow homepage.
2. Select “**`Report list`**”.
3. Click on the circle next to the Worldwide Unique ID.
4. Select the colleague you want to assign the report to, or yourself.

When a report is delegated to another organisation, it will automatically be unassigned. You can filter to view all reports assigned to you or any other user.
